Full Moon Medicine
Hey friends!
This full moon tomorrow, December 4 2025 is a powerful one that brings big opportunities.
I have stories to tell, but for today, I’m sharing some brief invitations to help you ride this energy with intention and impact.
If you have been sitting on a big decision, it is calling you into bravery and choice. If you are ready to compost parts of your life to plant a new garden, you are supported.
If you struggle with intentions or have a hard time aligning your worried mind with your hearts desires and your body’s needs, the following journaling prompts could help — a lot.
First, envision and journal what your highest version of life feels like.
What does your day to day feel like from the time you wake up til you go to bed? It’s less about focusing on what you have, or where you are, (though some of that can be included) but really tune into how you want to feel. If that’s hard to imagine, think about a common, less preferred emotion and consider what you’d prefer instead?
Something like… I sip my coffee from my fave mug on my porch, looking out at the snow and I feel peaceful, safe, and inspired. All the way til you go to bed. Focus on the feelings and sensations, rather than details or people.
Next, write the things you are calling in.
As a needs and desires list. Don’t just list the amount of money you want. What is it for? Include dollar amount or item desired: $X or this item.
Now, create two columns for a to do list.
At the top put:
1. Me
2. The Universe
Below, free write in each column:
1. List all the things you can do to help you achieve xyz.
2. List things that you don’t currently know how to solve or you need the universe to solve on your behalf. This is where you ask for direct support from the universe. This is where you can open to receive. *also consider how open are you to receiving. This can be a big block.
This is powerful spiritual and energetic work.
Use this mantra as often as possible:
“I don’t know how xyz happens, but it is so now and I am fulfilled” or “I have it now, and I am fulfilled”
It’s helpful to sit for 5ish minutes and just rattle off all the shit flying through your brain that is stressing you out and worrying you.
The “I don’t know how” part kind of short cuts the limiting beliefs and old programming. Your brain wants to tell you how nothing will ever work out and everything is pointless. This opens your mind to possibilities.
Also keep an ongoing to-do list for the universe. If more thoughts or ideas come through, add them to your lists.
